Attention:
All participants of stage programs for Jan 10, Family Night.
Meeting Saturday, January 3 at 11.00AM or on Sunday, Jan 4 after 2.30PM- Social Hall

1) Dec 7 was the last date for submitting the names of the group members. Some of you have not given them yet. It is important that we have a record (full name) all who are going to be part of the performances.  If you do not give names of all group members by Dec 31 through email or at church after the 7pm Year End Mass, we won't be able to include your program. Group leaders  may send their lists by email to:
Emil Chacko at emil.chacko3@gmail.com or rvayalumkal@gmail.com

2) The last date for submitting music CDs for dances and songs was Dec 23. If you do to submit them by Dec 31, we won't be able to include your program.

3) On Jan 3 and 4, you do not need to perform the whole act for preview.
Only individuals (for children parents, family members or trainers) and group leaders or reps who will have submitted music CD and group list by Dec 31 should attend a meeting with Fr Thadeus and Stage Acts Coordinators either on Saturday, January 3 at 11.00AM or on Sunday, Jan 4 after 2.30PM in the social hall to discuss their theme, timing and special needs if any.  If you do not show up and disregard this message, we won't be able to include your act on Family Night. At the above meeting, all who qualify will be given a special ID to bring to the back stage on Jan 10.

I hereby attach the Rules and Guidelines provided with signup and emailed to every one in November.

Best wishes to all participants and thank you for your hard work!

Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas from St Mary's Syro Malabar Church!

"When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives mean the most to us,
we often find that it is those who, instead of giving advice, solutions, or cures,
have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a warm and tender hand.
The friend who can be silent with us in a moment of despair or confusion,
who can stay with us in an hour of grief and bereavement,
who can tolerate not knowing, not curing, not healing and
face with us the reality of our powerlessness, that is a friend who cares.
THAT FRIEND IS JESUS!!!

Merry Christmas

to all friends at St Mary's

Dear Friends in the Lord,

I hope you're having a blessed Advent.  Here is something to make your Advent a little more special.  Today is Reconciliation Monday, which means that the sacrament of reconciliation – confession – will be available in all parishes of the archdiocese between 4 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  Why not take advantage of this opportunity to prepare for the Lord's coming at Christmas by stopping in at one of our parishes for this wonderful sacrament?  Don't be worried if it's been a long time; God is always waiting to greet us with His arms open wide!  And, if you need a refresher in the "how-to's" of going to confession, we've got that covered as well.  Just check out the resources on our website, which you can find here.

Faithfully in Christ,

Timothy Michael Cardinal Dolan
